Sinless Vapor Ripped off for over $50.00 Bunnell Florida

 Could not get terms to come up when wanted a sample to try but ordered it anyway for $4.95 figuring I would have time to try it and cancel if did not want to continue.

The sample did not arrive till over 20 days and in 12 there was a charge on my card for $99.95.

Called them and they said to call back when I got the order. Did so and was given a return # and address. Was told there was a handling fee of $15 so would not get all my money back. Spent $3.95 to mail back. I canceled at that time and a week later got another package with another $99.95 charge on my card.

Called again very upset and was told to spend another $3.95 to ship back and again would have to pay another $15 handling fee. Very frustrating to be kept on hold as my cell phone has limited minutes and both times called had trouble understanding what the person was saying due to a very heavy accent. Even talked to a supervisor and he was difficult to understand.

Was told the first time it would be 3-5 days before refund. Has been over 5 and still nothing.

Am out over $50 due to their handling charges, return fees, and gas to get to the post office. If the money is not returned soon will also be out interest of 23% on both charges.

Extremely upset and out money I really did not have to spend, especially with nothing to show for it since I did not even try it being so upset over getting it too late to try before getting charged - ie "trial period" promotion.
