This entire issue is your fault. YOU did not read the terms and conditions of the offer. The trial MEMBERSHIP needs to be cancelled within 14 days of PLACING YOUR ORDER!! If you DID NOT DO THIS, then the entire situation is on YOUR head. I can understand being upset, but you were not scammed by them, you scammed yourself by not READING!!!!!!!!!

You are a prime example of the laziness of the American Consumer. You saw a offer and jumped on it. You saw the word TRIAL and ASSUMED you would be safe. You did not READ the terms and conditions of that offer and now you are stuck. You can call and plead your case. The most they will do is refund 50% of your money and CANCEL your membership. In the future, DO SOME RESEARCH!!! Had you spent even 2 mins online and looking you would see this is a COMMON mistake made by the consumer.

And isnt just funny how you think someone is ripping you off when the only person ripping you off is that person in the mirror. Why is it that people like you WILL NOT accept the responsability of their own actions?? You have posted a negative review against a company doing business LEGALLY, all because you were too stupid or lazy, or brain dead to protect yourself. Maybe this should be an eye opener for you. How many other issues have you blamed others for that REALLY was just your fault?? Nobody is perfect and because of that and the fact that we are all just human beings, you could be forgiven for blasting them for your ignorance. But make no mistake, forgivness doesnt mean that you shouldnt LEARN from this situation.

I can applaud your efforts to help a freind stop smoking, but you really need to take a very close look at your internet purchasing habits. This entire situation could have been avoided had you done YOUR part.
