Ordered 5 items for my kids for back to school 8/19. I got one item. Checked & they charged my card for all 5 items totalling $238. I waited and did not get the other items. I checked status of order on their website. it said that items should be shipping in 1 week. On 9/2 I sent them an email asking why my card was charged when other items did not ship, and wanted details as to how long I was going to have to wait. I got an email back telling me to look at status on website - still the same. I tried to call but just got a voice mail. On 9/4 I told them to cancel & credit my card. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to credit my card! They shouldnt have charged for the items that didnt ship to begin with. Then, I noticed that the amount of the credit was ridiculous. They want to charge me $24.00 for shipping the one item they sent me - my kid's $35 back pack. UNBELIEVABLE! I do alot of ordering over the web. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I reported them to the BBB. I am going to spread the word any way I can!
