For those women (like me) who wants to believe the advertising online/magazine/tv sells the beauty products it said "Free trials" Please don't fall into this kind of trap like me. The product doesn't only NOT work they also ripping you off by giving you a "Free trials). First, I only ordered the Skin Element which is a facial cream but when the product arrived I also received the eye cream which I didn't order for free trials, I ended up have to pay for the extra shipping fee for the product that I didn't want. Second, even though they said to give you 12 days for free trials, I tried it for 3 days and I knew it was not working like they advertised so I returned it but they've already deducted $92.79 from my credit card and said they'll refund me back when they received the products back from me. So I waited for more than a month and didn't see any refund back to my credit card, on top of that they charged me another $92.79 for no reason. So I called them and again it went to the Indian sale person (must be oversea) again and he said that they'll return the refund within 10 days but have to deduct $20 restocking fee which never mention on the refund policy paper. The conclusion is : This company knew that their product doesn't work the way they claimed, they figured out that even customers return the products they still can make a lot of money by charging their restocking fee of $20.00. I'm thinking to dispute their chargers so they can't get their dirty hand on me. Next time, don't think "free trials" is FREE. Be Smart!
