I got a telephone call from medicare for levy notice on 5/29/15 saying i did not respond to an audit notice in march of 2015.

 I was member of SKYCARE EHR since 10/2013.i was paying $499 per a month.

I called SKYCAE several times ,but no anser.Then i sent a letter to SKYCARE twice using fax,but no answer.

Now i have to pay medicare for 1st year medicare stmulas payment.

They don no take care of custermers.

i am considering a legal action againt SKYCARE.

IF ANY CLASS ACTION SUE ARE PENDING, PLASE LET ME KNOW.
