My husband and I purchased a Delux Split Queen Adjustable bed from Sleepy's Mount Holly for $6718.52 on 11/17/2007. Because of a severe heart condition I have I needed a special mattress so I could sleep at a 45 degree angle and provide better circulation at night for my legs. I explained that to the salesman and purchased that bed from him.
It was delivered the next day and I slept on it that night for the first time. It was horrible!!There was a gap down the center of the bed and nothing held the two seperate mattresses together so when you moved at night so did the mattress. My legs kept getting stuck in between the mattresses.
The next day I placed a call to the store I purchased the mattress from and they told me I had to sleep on it for 2 weeks before I could exchange the bed. My husband and I then went to the store to exchange it and was told that I could only exchange the mattress and not the adjustable frame. Well that made no sense cause it was a set and two seperate bed frames that another mattress won't fit on right. Thier suggestion " Bolt them together". I couldn't believe it the company's policy quarantees the customer to be 100% satisfied and I wasn't.
Right after I slept on the bed I informed them. The worst part is I got the bed to help my heart condition and make it comfortable for me when I'm home and not in the hospital and now I have a bed I can't sleep in.

To answer you no they did not. I would never recommend this mattress company to anyone unless I really didn't like them!!(lol) It took over 6wks just to get another mattress delivered and 2wks more to get the other mattress picked up from my house and right at the holidays. No one knew what the other one was doing. I had 3 different delivery trucks show up at my house at different times one actually tried to get more money from me! I had to settle for another mattress from this company which when I took the plastic off it smelled like cat piss! Oh and I don't have a CAT!! I"ve taken to use fabreeze to get rid of the smell somewhat! Then it took over 10 wks and several more phone calls to get the rest of my money refunded. They screwed up my credit , tried to make me pay interest on a mattress I no longer had, and gave me many sleepless nights!! Thier return policys are unfair and make sure you read ALL the fine print. After all this aggravation I wish I would've kept my old mattress and never stepped foot in the store. Honestly this company doesn't care about thier customers only the $$$$$$. Anyone considering buying from SLEEPYYS please research it, read the articles how sleepys already had to settle lawsuits cause of thier misleading practices. If I would have done that I wouldn't be in the mess I'm in.

Well spoke to IRENEA from customer service at sleepy's and thought everything was taken care of, but again I was wrong. They never called to say they were going to deliver my replacement mattress until 15 min before coming to my house. THEN GUESS what???? They tried to recharge me as C.O.D and when I told the delivery people they were wrong I didn't owe anything else they told me I was WRONG!! I just was at the store last night 12/19/07 in Mt Holly and thought everything was straightened out. WOW what an experience! Horrible company and they never even credited my account either so nothings solved!!!!
