Smart Lids Beware of Chef Tony's Processing and handling charges ripoff 365 Byrd Avenue Neenah, Wisconsin 54956

I ordered Chef Tony' smart lids online after seeing the infomertial on television. Sounded like a real deal, buy one get one free. Not so because you are charged $7.98 for each set you order, so buy one get one free you will pay Processing and Handling charge for each set.

I ordered 2 of the B1G1 so my P+H came to $31.80. I also, as a bonus was given free two jumbo lids. They were convienently back ordered so I again would paid another $7.95 Processing and Handing charge. All of this did not include postage. Total the price was $47.70 for a $20.00 order

I was real mad when I saw the P+H on the invoice and I feel real stupid because I did not think to look at any of the complaints. I did call the company and they refunded me $15.90 after I told them I was going to post a ripoff report on-line.

I do hope this will help someone else from being an unsuspecting sucker. I do hope they live up to there advertizing. If I see them in a store around my area I will be even more upset and stupid
