Well it has happened again.  I put my trust in an online company and it didn't work as it should.  However, they were happy enough to take my money and make it difficult, if not impossible, to retrieve it.  They list a phone number to use in order to contact them, however, the silent server is at the other end.  He/she cannot answer the phone or assist us in any way.

I got what I ordered but did not realize what else was involved such as having to get a number (from the silent phone) in order to return their product.  Neither did I know that $99+ would automatically be charged to my credit card.

I presumed  (silly me) that I was dealing with an American company and found out my order came from Great Britain.  Another piece of misinformation.

I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND FRUSTRATED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK AND TO CANCEL MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM.

P.S.  I have contacted my bank so that they might conduct an investigation.  Hope you other folks are more successful than I have been.
