I am a former employee, and decided to let you in on some of SMC's practices. I am one out of many former employees from SMC who have felt bad for the members who have been scamed.
DID YOU KNOW: SMC holds weekly meetings to train employees on sales tacticks, on how to talk people into buying products!
DID YOU KNOW: SMC hires temps from an agency and promises them commissions from sales after 3 months, then lets them go before they have a chance to receive the commissions!
DID YOU KNOW: SMC pre screen certain members from when they sign up to determin how much money to take from its members!
DID YOU KNOW: SMC has several former employees that have filed Workmans Comp cases.
DID YOU KNOW: SMC is no longer managed by its founders but by marketing proffessionals that are brought in to figure out the best way to capitalize on SMC's reputation.
DID YOU KNOW: The products they sell are products that are left over from products that couldnt sell at stores!
DID YOU KNOW: Kerry Cox logs on to (ripoff report) and writes rebutels!
I was fired from SMC because I refused to lie to members and spending to much time helping instead of SELLING....

DID YOU KNOW: All of the gift card sites are templets so they all look alike but with different names. DID YOU KNOW: That you cannot sell the name brand products i.e.. Harley Davidson,StarWars merchandise online! DID YOU KNOW: The coaches ae wriiten up on a regular basis if they dont sell enough websites in a week!

This company (SMC) is the worst...Think of what the employees go through. I'm not on here to make anyone feel sorry for them but they do the same thing to their empolyees too. As soon as they feel that your not being a "Team Player" they are out for you. Standing up for members or speacking up for yourself is looked at as week and that causes them sales.
SMC has great lawyers.
Everything that is ever said to a member is on a script that the employees sticks to (no matter what) so that it protects them from lawsuits...
As far as the rebuttals, its all a way to throw you off their scent. Who has the time to log onto a website like this to post woderfull things about a company? I love ice cream, but I dont have time to log onto a site and write great things and how tasty it is, do you? I dare anyone who stands up for this company to put their real names and any contact info to prove how much they stand behind SMC.
Chances are that if you logged onto this site and types SMC, you knew that it all sounded to good and your right. Its only a matter of time that you see this company on CNN or someting being investigated for their dishonesty and defrauding of thousands of people.
Please, stay away and warn anyone who evens thinks twice about joing this company.
