SmiOne The worst customer service Internet

This has been the worst experience ever. I reported my card lost/stolen I paid $25 for my card to be shipped express these incompentent people claim I ordered 2 cards so they canceled the first card in which I paid $25 for and stated I will not reicieve a refund because it wasn't an error on their behalf. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to pay my bills I really wish there was a way around this situation bc now I could possibly have to pay a late fee which I can't afford to do bc they also mentioned there was no way the money could be transfered to another card (for instance another prepaid card) I'm over my head right now bc I have bills to pay and now I'm gonna be late on them I'm so mad I don't even want to deal with child support anymore bc I don't like this company they just seem like they don't care to even try to help... then the CSR told me she would call me back in 48hours....
