Social Security Administration defrauded me of honest services Baltimore, Maryland

SOCIAL SECURITY APPEALS COUNCIL continues to cover-up their incompetencies & dishonesties. They promised to Review my old case after I refiled and got it to the Appeals Council level. I did. They didn't. They are thieves. I am a 100 % "Service-Connected" DISABLED American veteran. I was disabled by Gov't Sponsored Criminal Activity and denied by the same. The DoD used harmful experimental VACCINES on US TROOPS, without the REQUIRED Disclosure or Informed Consent. The UNITED STATES (A Gov't of Wolves / owned & operated by ZIONISTS) feel they are ABOVE THE LAW.  They poison our water with cancer causing FLOURIDE, poison our Air with all sorts of pollutants, and poison our foods. They deny me because I am a TRUTHER. They are LIARS, CHEATS & THIEVES. My father passed on from a brain tumor after serving honorably in the US Navy for ten years with several tours of duty to Viet Nam (Blue Water). He died while waiting on the VA to adjudicate his claim and then they denied our dear grieveing mother (late) Survivors Benefits.  THIS IS HOW THE ZIONIST OWNED ? My ssdi appeal is now with the SSA APPEALS COUNCIL.  Today is 16 MAY 2014.  In 2010, the SSA promised "Expedited" processing of claims for Fully Disabled veterans.  What happened ? Why am I still fighting Years later ? Is this how they honor their promises ? Now they are promising "Fast-Track" processing of claims for Fully Disabled" veterans. But they wrote to me and said that If I want my claim to be "Fast-Tracked" that I must first prove that I have a finacial need.  How can one prove the truth to a liar who refuses to recognize the truth ? I want a Fair & Impartial Review by someone with Itegrity & authority to do the right thing: Coreect the Clear & Unmistakable Errors: Their ALJ Failed to follow established law, and, on remand, refused to comply with the directive: Remove the mechanical grid. Instead, their ALJ attempted to Reinforce the grid he was directed to remove. Thier ALJ acted with stark inconsistencies. On one hand stating that there is a lack of Objective medical evidence, then inconsistent with this, orders a highly controversial Subjective test (MMPI) that published experts (cited on record) reprot is "Inappropriate" for people suffering with non-exertional impairments, like mine. It was also highly inappropriate and Subjective for the SSA ALJ to use a subjective testimony from what they claim was a Vocational "Expert."  I have since come across studies, investigational reports etc that call this a deceptive practice of the SSA to cheat the disabled. Case in point. Where is the Oversight ? Accountability ? This culture of corruption will continue as long as the feds give themselves bonuses and protions for their misconduct instead of enjoying penalties like veryone else for misconduct.

In fact it is 2014 and my case is just now with the Appeals Council.  The SSA now promises a "Fast-Track" process for Fully Disabled veterans, but they told me differently. They wrote and said I must prove to them that I have a financial need. It is impossible to prove anything to a corrupt federal agency that refuses to hear the truth. The SSA has my earnings records and knows full well that I have not been gainfully employed since being honorably discharged from military service July 2, 1987. The SSA ALJ failed to follow established law, and, on remand, refused to comply with the directive: Remove the mechanical grid. Instead, this SSA ALJ attempted to do the opposite and Reinforce the grid, using a deceptive technique (MMPI) that published experts (cited in record) report is "Inappropriate" for people suffering with non-exertional impairments, like mine. The SSA ALJ acted with stark Inconsistencies, ordering a highly controversial and SUBjective MMPI in an attempt to excuse his statement that the case lacks objective medical evidence. If the case needs objective evidence, why did he order a subjective test ? Incompetence ? Or, most probably, dishonesty.  And what about using a subjective testimony by what they claim was an Vocational Expert ? I found evidence, studies, reports that this technique is highly subjective, dishonest and controversial. So why hasn't the SSA took corrective measures ? Where is the Fast-Track corrections of these Clear & Unmistakable errors ?

I'm very pissed at the Social Security Administration. I have to wait until i get a letter from my mortgage company stating they are about to fore close on my home before they do a dire need!. Well i am in a "DIRE NEED" situation know!. I am injured which has left me unemployable for life!.

They are just prolonging their decision to make me lose my house!.  A*holes.

 I can add to your complaint of how people are getting ripped off for so many years it is not funny.

 my dad who is already dead had two military records, 2 driver  id and 2 social security numbers. He had brain damage from the war and was really screwed over when he went back to his origional, Id.

we were made fun of for being on welfare lines. when the persons responsable are the ones that gave him brain damage. He had been beaten tortured and raped all of his life. ran out of all of his jobs. by the time he was 42 years old he was on SSI. He lost property from the first marriage to people who did not deserve the property left behind. the people who were not rescued from the war the POW Id was stolen and used for aliens from other countries to get social security.  and now you know how they owned money that was not theirs in the first place. they were in illegal adoptions and trading birth cerficates and totally distroyed peoples lives. My personal Id is turned into social security for fraud people trying to take over my ID so they wont go to prision. How many Id's were left behind in other countries for them to come over to the usa to take over houses homes property exc... ?
