Social services in stafford, Va took my grandchildren away and i will never see them again. Back in 2003, my granddaughter was suppose to be to b e raped by my daughter's boyfriend and she contacted chid services and they filed a report that it was unfounded and then all the sudden this report turned up missing and never could be found.

they had child phycologist come in and testified it was for the chilren wellbeing that they wasn't returned to their parents. Social services testified their parents was too poor to take care of them. even tough all these years they took good care of them.

The Judge made up his own rules in the court home and all rights was taken away. The social worker wouldn't even let them see the kids one time and i was present, those kids just showed so much love toward there parents and the social worker didn't like it and he made the kids set still and not say a word.

then i tried to get custody of them them and the judge said that if i was to ask for custody now it would be turned down, so i went for visitation and it was granted and left up to the social worker, he would never call me and when i called he totally ignored my calls. After a time i gave up after you make five or six calls and he would set right at his desk and wouldn't asnwer one call unless i used somebodyelses cell phone and after that he would not answer. but i guess he was running the show and i lost.
