Softwarepros ripped me off Internet

I just read where a guy got ripped off from softwarepro, for 70.00 they got me for 96.00, and I downloaded an otherwise free download, spybot, I was able to go thru my history and make it back to support, and told them I want my money back, 2 emails, they have a 3 day grace period, anyway I called my card holder, they canceled my card, an said I have to wait 5 days before i can file, I got 2 emails back from Softwarepro, both saying they recieved my complaint, please do not respond to the email, today all I get is nothing, web page unavailabe, ect, ect, I will post the outcome from this, thnx everyone

I wrote this post just a few min ago, thinking to myself, they got this other guy for 70.00 and me 96.00, at the rate of 16.99 a year for 3 years. ok so after taxes lts say 17.00 X 3 = 51.00, they overcharged the other guy 19.00, and me 45.99, so + 19.00 + 45.99 = 64.00 just for 2 clicks on the internet, now times something like that per how many people, something needs to be done to Softwarepros.com, as far as I understand this is internet fraud, now matter how ya look at it, and yes I'm gonna see what I can do, about it........
