Softwarepros They charged for free software. They used a deceptive link for Sypbot Search and Destroy and charged me $16.95 and now want to withold $9.95 Internet

They used a deceptive link from Spybot Search and Destroy.  The link sent to a sigth to pay $16.95.

 

I wasn't sure if Spybot had started charging so I paid the money, only to find that after downloading, the software indicated that single user home use was FREE.

 

Their REFUND notice says they charge a $9.99 non-refundable processing fee.

SoftwarePros.com I have the same complaint as all the others. I thought I was purchasing Photo Shop for $16.99 per year, for 3 years. I was never notified that I was downloading software pro.
