Worst customer service ever - they don't bother reading the issue in the emails. All they say is it's after 60 days we'll send you a replacement. The website gives the wrong specs for speakers for my car, so they don't fit - I need to return them. Their response is below. Seriously? I am contacting my bank and the better business bureau! I have explained 3 times now that I do not want another set of the original item. They claim expert service - they can't even communicate in proper English! Apaprently they are either not reading what I am telling them or simply do not care.

When installing the system purchased, my husband took the back of the car apart to install rear speakers. After taking everything apart, we discover these do not fit. This is what the website specs for my year, make and model and exactly what I ordered. I tried to explain this several times and they just say the same thing shown below. I had to go out t 7:00 on a Sunday night with my husband to track down another set at a local store. Now I had to pay for those and I'm out the $50+ these ripoff artists charged me. I just want to send these stupid things back and get my money back. The 60 day garbage should be waived since it's their fault! I didn't order the wrong thing, I didn't just change my mind - they sold me something incompatible with my vehicle!

Thank you for your response. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we wish to help you the best way we can. Please advise, that the return policy states that you have 60 days to return a product for a full refund. After those 60 days have expired, your item is under warranty and at that time can only be replaced with the original item.

Dear Jennifer,

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I can go ahead and set up a return authorization for you if you'd like. However, because you are outside of the 60 day refund period, we would only be able to replace the speakers because at this time you are under warranty. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Thank you.

Also I invite you to help me increase my commitment rating by leaving a testimonial at http://www.sonicelectronix.com/testimonials.php?action=write . If I did not provide you with exceptional service, please let me know how I can improve!

Sincerely,
