Sonic Electronix will not give you a refund for any purchases under any or no circumstances even if the description of the item was misleading and false advertisement. I bought a portable dvd player that was supposed to be a portable dvd player but instead it was a dvd player that was only portable if you are in your home. Meaning that you could not watch a movie on the dvd player in your car or anywhere else because it was not a portable dvd player.

I suggest that if you ever do business with this company make sure before you purchase the item that you know for sure what you are getting despite what it says on their website and also be aware that you will not be getting a refund under any circumstances.
