Southern Management Systems violates the law repeatedly. Anyone in for a class action suit? Orlando, Florida

I would also be interested in a law suit against them. I have been trying to get this off my credit report for 4 years now.

Southern Management has continued to call despite my wishes to not be notified via my work telephone number. I have even contested the validity of the debt and simply say that my old apartment building has no burden of proof to produce any documents. I am willing to join your lawsuit.

I recently came in contact with SMS. I have just noticed that they were listed on my credit report every since 2009. They have never notified me and I had to get in contact with them. I was trying to find out information about the alleged account that I have with them and I have failed to retrieve any information. I was directed to talk to Mr.Robert Weaver, who was very rude and disrespectful.
I do not understand how this company is still in business when the employees are aggressive and rude. I had to file a complaint with the company to get a itinerary about the alleged debt and I also filed an complaint with BBB against the company. I am now seeking legal action against the company for deformation. They refuse to at least help or try to investigate the alleged debt.
I also tried to verify the debt with the alleged company that placed the debt with Southern Management Systems. But they also refused since they placed the debt with Southern Management Systems. I did my research on the company and there are other consumers that have been mistreated by this company. This company have no customer service at all and poor communication skills. This company is breaking the law. And I am looking into seeking legal action.
