Southern Management Systems - Robert Weaver I've never heard of a company harassing someone that WANTED to pay their bill!!! Orlando Florida

I knew I owed money to a local business. The account was 3 years old. I decided to just go ahead, call them (they didn't even know where I was), and make payment arrangements. I asked Robert Weaver about payment arrangements. I detected sarcasm in his response, but did not feed into it because I know them must endure a lot of stress throughout the day as collectors. I initiated the call...this means I WANTED TO PAY THEM MONEY!! After the brief discussion about payment arrangements, and enduring the nasty responses from him, I finally stated "I called you, you sound as if you have an attitude". He stated "Look lady!, you get it together and call me back!" If I had a stopwatch, that whole conversation took about 40 seconds. I was never rude, after all I wanted something...payment arrangements. I hung up, tried to speak to someone else. I was told he was the only person and was THE manager (just under the owner). Advised by a representative from the business where I owed the money to, I called and asked for the website to just keep track of my own payments and that way I didnt have to speak to anyone. They refused to give it to me. I asked for my account number, that was refused also and that I could only retrieve it from Robert Weaver. They were trying to force me to talk to this man. I called back and spoke to the receptionist/s (a part of the problem also). I told her this is why they lose money. I've been the type of person in the past that would let 7 years ride and not pay a dime. I'm trying to change that mentality but Southern Management Systems wont allow me to.
