Southern Refrigerated Transport i was fired while in the hospital Internet

in august 2005, i was working for southern refrigerated transport. i was given a load in arkansas with no destination,no load info, only that the load was in the middle of a field. i was also told the bills were in the back of the trailer. i arrived, hooked up to the trailer. i did my inspection and opened the trailer door. i was overcome by fumes and blacked out momentarly. i came to my senses with a headache. i took the load to little rock, ar. and dropped it at the covenant yard. i was told to go to a urgent care type place. where they probed and checked me out. when they were done i asked if they were going to do something about my headache. i was given a perscription, but it didn't help. i went back to work picking up and delivering loads (still had A headache). it was time for me to have days off, so i dropped load and went home. my folks said i should go to the doctor. so, my folks took me to a urgent care in turlock, ca. the doctor was concerned about my headache and some chest pain. they called an ambulance and took me to emanuel hospital. i was there approximatly 2 weeks. while i was there, southern refrigerated transport fired me. they cancelled my insurance, and sent someone to get my truck with all my things in it. i filed a workmans compensation case. it finally settled in 2008. i thought it was done til i applied for a driving job and was turned down because southern refrigerated transport had put an abandoned vehicle on my dac report. my family made sure srt knew what my status was at all times. because i was hospitalized, i wasn't able to get my things from truck. srt refused to return my things. stay away from srt!!!.
