Soyo rebate center has sent me the same email they have sent many others saying that the post office "lost" my rebate documentation and they never received. Here is a copy ...

Soyo forced to pay up!

I filed a complaint with the Inspector General's office at the Post Office's website. About a week or so later I received a letter from the Criminal Investigations Service Center at that office that included a letter they sent to Soyo that gave Soyo 45 days to resolve the problem. I got the rebate checks 2 weeks later.
If Soyo is giving you guff about your rebates go to the Post Office's web site and file a complaint!
