Soyo rebate center has sent me the same email they have sent many others saying that the post office "lost" my rebate documentation and they never received. Here is a copy ...

According to our record, we did not receive your rebate request. If you believe your mail was lost or misdirected, please contact your mail carrier directly. Soyo forced to pay up!

I filed a complaint with the Inspector General's office at the Post Office's website. About a week or so later I received a letter from the Criminal Investigations Service Center at that office that included a letter they sent to Soyo that gave Soyo 45 days to resolve the problem. I got the rebate checks 2 weeks later.
If Soyo is giving you guff about your rebates go to the Post Office's web site and file a complaint!
