Sparkletts DS Waters, Scam Artists! Never told me that they will charge my debit/credit card every month! Also, when I cancelled the supervisor told me that I will get charged $100+ cancellation fee & that I should read th San Diego, California

The Driver convinced me that they are a better service than what I already have which is Pure Flo. He said he'll throw in a case of bottled water, a brand new cooler/heater (overheated & never worked), they replaced with an older bulkier model & said that the new models are no longer available by the way, anyway, also the driver told me he won't charge me for the equipment for the first month & lastly will throw in another 5 gal.

He made me sign on the dotted line & took my credit card only telling me that the company will run my credit card and take out $50 & will put it back just to check. I was never told that this will come out of my bill every month & never told what date when my first bill was a paper bill, so I assumed I will get a bill every month, I was never told that when I cancel that it is $100+ cancellation fee! The supervisor told me that I should read what I signed even if it takes me 1 hour! How rude! Anyway, they are scam artists and they just charge whenever they want to. They also charge for water bottle that you do not return, but what if you still had water in them that is why you can't return it!

They will just charge your card anyway! They won't refund any fees your bank might charge you NSF or Overdraft fees! Stay away from Sparkletts/DS Waters! They are a Scam & do not care about you! I cancelled my cards and it was a real inconvenience to me! So save yourself the trouble & go to Pure Flo! I have been with (((competitor's name redacted))) for almost 4 years & they never charged for not returning several empty bottles on time (if I forgot), they don't just go on my credit card and charge me, (((redacted))) has excellent customer service and they don't charge late fees.

 sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
