SPC Steve Decker Fraud Charges rocky mountain, North Carolina

I checked my bank account online and found a charge of $49.99 from Select Platinum Credit that I have no idea where it came from nor did I authorize any such charge to come out of my account. I called the 877 number listed on the check only to find that they have not been paying their customer service fees and the number left a long message of who to get in contact with in order to have my funds returned. Also in the message was the names Steve Decker and Bridgette Decker as being the one's who started this company and have been taking everyone's money without authorization and that they were not going to be doing anything about it.
