I was offered a 5.1% home loan with 123 Loan because of my 7.43 credit score. The loan was sold to SLS and the first bill was raised to 10% falsly reported late 2 times then raisede to 10.2%

I called several agents and they say it is the government. I have 3 other home loans still outstanding with adjustable rates and none of them are more than 6.2%
This proceedure is in all my loan contracts but nobody does this to this level

Do not use this finance company. The only way out is refinanciing ASAP with a good, respectable institution
