Specialized loan servicing (SLS). I will call on the first of the month to make a mortgage payment. They do not post or apply the payment for 16 to 18 days causing late fees and charges to be applied to my account. I tried to make the payment early, and they either applied it as extra on month already paid or did not apply it at all. If I don't check with the bank I never know if the payment has been made. I have had my normal payment of 831 to escalate to over 1000 due to their practice of with holding a payment till after the grace period. Do not finance your home with this company. It is nothing but a greedy corporation.
