kay jewelers I have had harrassing calls at my job from a man called Ed Rice. i told him i was at work and couldnt talk and he called back asking if i hung up on him or got disconnected. He threatened me asking if i wanted to be served at my job. our calls are all recorded where i work. The acct is over 5 years old and i tried to resolve it with an employee years ago. I was told i could bring back my jewelry (necklace) and get a partial credit towards my acct. My 1500 diamond also fell out of its casing at work somewhere and was never found. This company leaves harrassing phone calls continually Leesburg Florida

Gold Plaza Jewelry, Mr. Raza A Mir Purchased 3,000 dollar engagement ring that is now oxidized badly and the ring has no shine at all. They cleaned and dipped it to address the oxidation issue but now it looks even worst. Additionally the baugettes are broken and he denied it although Kay Jewelers confirmed that they were indeed broken. He then said he would repair for a charge. He also charges me for the dipping. We've only had this ring less than one year. We are completely disattisfied and they won't do anything about it but clean it again. Do not spend your hard earned money at this place. They are indeed a RIPOFF. Forestville Maryland
