Spectrum is the worst cable company I have yet to NOT enjoy! I lose the picture, the sound goes off, or the picture is frozen. Time Warner Cable was the best I ever had, never had problems with them until Spectrum swapped over! I have been a cable customer for over 9 years and I'm thinking of switching to satellite that is available here in Florence, KY...

I have Spectrum and have had no problems. Switched from Directv which constantly went out and the bills went UP!!!! After 15 years dumped them for Spectrum with no problems so I say good luck

Spectrum Cable their ad on line has round green spot, which states free DVRservice, after install, I am informed that I would have to pay $5.00 per month to get their free DVR service. this does not sound free to me.they did provide a motom for the internet, why not the box for free DVR. Spectrum cable Was told to add a 5.00 fee per month and we would receive same service we had plus HBO and Cinemax and internet would be upgraded to 60mbps. When we changed lost 10 of our original channels that we watched. When I called to see why they said oh if you want those channels back you have to pay 20 more a month. We I asked to go back to the plan we had they said oh, you can't because that's a time warner package and you can't do that. Nation Wid Nationwide
