I ordered $10 PhoneCard (XTRA CLEAN), and the PIN number that they gave me was a not valid. When I dialed their support number 866-290-3083 you only hear a message, no one picks up the line, they play with you, thinking that you are going to get frustrated and forget about their scam. After I am done filing here I am going to report their company to the Attorney General of California. Also will file a complaint in City of ElCajon for their deceptive business practices, and fake support numbers. Previous posting was right on the money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK, THEIR GUARANTEE IS MEANINGLESS.

PS Anyone from SPEEDYPIN company reading this complaint, how about returning my money back, or replying to my email that I sent yesterday to NICK, the support guy in cognito!
