Speedypin So called 'Fee Free' card is anything but that! El Cajun California

The "Fee Free" card that is advertised by SpeedyPin.com looked like the perfect card for placing calls to almost anywhere. It also allows you to call from many countries to the US which makes it perfect for travel.
The card advertised that there are no hidden charges or fees. It advertises 1min rounding. The truth is anything but that.

Speedypin charges you $1 for your purchase on top of the card's price if it is less than $20. I placed my first call to a country with a low rate of 3.3c/min as advertised. It reported the correct # of minutes I had at the beginning of the call. I spoke for about 6min and then rechecked my balance. I was overcharged by 3 times the amount.
The same thing happened with the 2nd call to a different country. Each time it would randomly charge more money. Considering that it was a $5 card, it didn't have much left to go.
Finally, during an extremely important and critical call, I was cut off with noise and then disconnection after 15min of talking. I called back for another 15min and that was it. The card initially said I had 240min for this call but it only lasted two intervals of 15min a piece.

Sent an email to Speedypin's customer service and received a response asking for certain details. I provided the details but didn't receive a response back. I emailed again and as of that email all my emails would bounce back saying that SpeedyPin's server was blocking my email address. I tried multiple time over 3 days and received the same thing. I then used a different email to send my complaint and it didn't bounce back. However, no reply was received.

After a few days I called customer service and they said they don't block emails. They gave me a calling card with some money in it but had the same exact problem. The cust. service rep was nice and polite.

This card isn't any different from the other cards that have hidden fees and drop your calls. I'm ticked off because they advertise something so good that doesn't deliver and you pay extra to get it.
