I traveled on Spirit 1 year ago and purchased a membership to their $9 fare club at that time. Yesterday they deducted another $59.95 from my bank acount for this "membership" without my authorization. I canceled the membership and called their customer service number to request this transaction be canceled. They refused.

So in your own post you tell us that you AGREED to the Spirit Membership Program, yet in the same paragraph you state that its unauthorized. When you signed up for Spirits program you enlisted in their membership program AND agreed to the costs involved. THEY are not giving you your money back BECAUSE you agreed to ALL of the terms and conditions of the purchase WHICH included that enrollment. Isnt it AMAZING how quickly YOU make yourself out to be the victim when YOU AGREED TO IT!!!!! Im sorry but are they making stupid in a pill form??
