Sportsbook AKA sportsbook.com Refuses to send me my withdrawl check- its been over 8 weeks- still nothing! St. John Nationwide

 I added $100 to my account and placed a few bets.  I ended up winning some of the races and had $342.20 in my account.  I asked for a withdrawl- the only option was to receive a check.  The website states that you will receive you check within 5-8 weeks.  Which I should have looked at that before betting!   How ridiculous!  Anyways, I waited and waited.  8 weeks came and went- I have "live chatted" with them 4 times and each time they say "they are working on it and I should receive a check within the next week.   Still no check!!  THIS IS SUCH A FRAUDULENT SITE- DO NOT USE!!!!
