Sprint-nextel cell phone rip off Dallas Texas

I paid my cell phone bill on 3/4/08 in the amount of $209.00...This was paid in full....On 3/10/08 Sprint took $486.00 from my account and paid someones bill. I can assure you it was not mine as mine was paid and sprint admits it did not go to my account.

On March 26,2008 sprint removed $438.00 from my account followed by another of $500.00 ... These withdrawals did not go to my account either...

I called sprint and my bank immediately and I am fighting to get my money back and my bank is helping....

Sprint released me from my contract and I took 2 phones of the 3 away to another company.... I was assured I would not have to pay termination fees.

Low and behold my final bill came in with a $350.00 term. fee for 2 phones...

It is an ongoing battle with them and I will not give up til I win....
