Sprint Wireless several months ago out of the blue started charging me overage fees for my internet. I had a 5 g card... We have never gone over ..ever. In fact our device have the time was always off line. We after recieving such a huge bill.. stopped using the internet provider.. switched to verizon.. removed the battery ..machine off with sprint.. they still say we are using data and going over. No way.. I refuse to pay. In the long run.. it is ruining my credit. I would like to see how many other people out their are having this problem with them. I am wondering Class Action Suit. Please send me an email.. if you are a victim. (((email redacted))) They need to pay for the damage they have done. I live in Northern California.. Tracy. If anyone else out there ..please email me.

Hi, I recently had paid off my Sprint because of the frustration it was causing with my credit and the constant phone calls. But, Still fee they ripped me off. I would still like a class action suit.. this company might be of some help. I did contact them. LawyersAndSettlements.com they are also on facebook. They do class action suits. They just need enough people with similar stories.
Thanks,
Anneliese

That same thing started happening to me at the same time as you. I have spent well over 15 hours total on the phone with them ending each call with the promise that the $180 would be credited shortly and I would receive a return phone call. My hotspot would read that I had used an entire gig in 1 hour when it was not even activated, password protected, and restricted to only one user (ME)and I was not connected! I took it to the repair center, they could not figure it out or make it work right and even replaced the whole phone! I have since removed the hotspot service and am still calling every few days because they NEVER CREDIT OR CALL ME BACK! Now my phone is getting messages saying my service will be shut off for past due of $168 but they owe me $180! I don't understand what is going on but I do know that one honest representative told me they will be calling each and every customer that still has the grandfathered rate for $30 for 5 Gigs and telling them sorry we are no longer going to honor the grandfathered portion of your contract for that rate now you must pay $20 for 2 Gigs or $60 for 6 Gigs! I am not a lawyer but that does not seem right to me! I have been an excellent customer and only have 1 month left on my contract. If this is not resolved and my service is interrupted forcing me to pay the bill or damage my credit I will not renew! But how many people are they doing this to and what can be done about it? That's a lot of money to me and if there are many more like myself and you Sprint is getting rich on what I consider stolen money!
