SRC has repeatedly told doctor's offices that our newborn son is not a part of our 'Family Medical Plan.'

A followup call from us 5-10 minutes after such a claim assures us that yes, of course your son is on the plan.

Claims on behalf of our son were rejected twice.

First) Your son is not on the plan. This was the text of a document mailed both to us and the doctor.

Second) You've already filed this claim.

After speaking with three representatives who all had different information, and a fourth who "wasn't allowed to talk to me because I'm the father, and the plan is under mother's name"... we convinced the doctor to submit the claim again.

This time, the claim was approved -- but only for half of the visits. The other half of the visits were listed as "No such child on the policy."

I strongly encourage everyone to run away from SRC and AETNA.
