Stainsafe Companies ripoff, unscrupulous, secretive, tricky, non accomodating Intn'l Headquarters: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Nationwide, Florida headquaters

Stainsafe has not been forthcoming about reimbursing me for a leather chair under warranty. A technician determined 4 months ago that the chair was irreparble. Our option was to accept $350 for the chair, voiding our warranty on the chair only. No one has contacted us, no names are ever given on the phone or e-mail and the consumer only gets the runnaround.

There is no listing of any CEO or others related to the company on the internet and no one ever gives you a name. We are disgusted at this point and want our money. Mind you we paid $200 for the privilege of having this warranty for "piece of mind." Stainsafe is truly a ripoff and I want results!!
