Stainsafe Companies ripoff, dishonest, fraudulant warranty Palm Beach Gardens Florida

I bought a 5 year Stainsafe Comprehensive Furniture care Plan for a 5 piece dining room set at Slumberland in June 2001. The table became defective, so I called stainsafe on April 8, 2003 to report my claim.

Stainsafe sent a representative to my home to check out the damage on my table. A week later I received a letter authorizing a part replacement for my table. On the letter it said that I would have the item shipped directly to me within 8-12 weeks.

After 3 months of waitting for my replacment part, I called Stainsafe again on July 21st, 2003. The customer sales rep said they would check into it and get back to me.

Again I waitted another 2 months without a word or a replacement. I called again on Sept 2nd and 8th 2003, where another customer service rep said that they would be working on it.

After no word I called again on Nov. 7th 2003, and asked to speak to a manager, who then gave me his word that everything would be cleared up.

As of today, I have had no word or replacement part from Stainsafe. I am tired of calling them to be put on hold for an hour just to talk to someone, with no avail. This company is a bogus company, sells fraudulant furniture warranties, and something needs to be done about them.

This company makes $60.00 to $100.00 off of every piece of furniture that is sold with their warranty, and I have yet to go to a furniture store that doesn't offer the Stainsafe warranty.

They are getting rich off of ripping the American people off. Check out their website they are adding on, branching off, business is booming! This is crap, DO SOMETHING SOMEONE!!!!!
