After signing up for a free trial, I got an email offering $25 free postage and a free scale. After signing up again, I received an email that I would not receive the $25 free postage and the free scale. When I phoned to inquire, I was told that I had 2 accounts. When I told them that I wanted to cancel both of them, their rep told me that their system was down and that he would do so as soon as the system came back up. Later, I discovered that they charged my credit card twice for that month. After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I was told that I would be issued a refund for both charges. However, stamps.com charged $15.99 to my credit card again after they had already cancelled my account.
