STAR REBATES, INC Rebate scam - misleading, false advertising Seattle, Washington

I just filed this complaint with the BBB...

Star Rebates is WAY behind on issuing the rebates that I was promised.  I have called and emailed them multiple times.  They NEVER return emails or calls.  I was able to talk to someone ONE time because Elite was able to patch me through. 
 
This company is a fraud in my opinion because of false advertising and they do NOT process rebate claims the way it was advertised and promised when the ADT reps came and 'sold' me on a security system.  I wonder if ADT/Elite should shoulder part of the blame.  Did they know that this company was completely incompetent before they contracted with them to provide this service? 

I am very disappointed, angry and feel much taken advantage of.  Somebody needs to figure out a way to get this company to live up to its claims to its customers. 

I do not have the funds to continue paying for the ADT monthly service unless I get the promised rebates from Star Rebates, INC.  I am in a real bind because if I cancel with ADT/Elite then I will get charged an astronomical cancelation fee.  This is really ridiculous and appalling that they are preying on unsuspecting people. 

Please let me know if anybody decides to pursue a class action lawsuit.  Somebody needs to hold them accountable. 

1.  I want them to live up to their claims. 

2.  I want ALL of my pending rebates returned to me immediately.

3.  I want all of my future rebates returned to me within 30 days of submission.
