We were solicited to have this time share company market our timeshare.  they told us if they did not get any offers then we wuold get $ 500 worth of gas vouchers.   So we signed with them to get rid of our timeshare. ( They charged us a fee to list with them. )

No offers came, we called them 5 times before they actually sent out the information to get the gas voucher.  Well -- we had to pay a fee then save our gas tickets of 100 each month and send in ,  which we did.  We have not gotten  1  $ 10  certificate for gas yet !!  We have been ending in proof of $ 100/ month and never received anything back. ( since  January of 2011 )
You even had to put a name of the gas station you were using.... Casey's is the one we put.

Conusmer  fraud needs to be stopped!  If  someone is not prosecuted I would be appauled to think this occurs everyday.  We should be protected --- when it comes to scam artists.
