(Yes, it has been two months). Called my agent today(Bobby Crosswhite). He had an angry attitude, said he really shouldnt even be talking to me, said that Mo Div of Insurance, and State Farm, both sent out a letter saying they cant do anything, that the lender has control. I called the state, the state said the file was still open, and no decision, or letter had been sent out. So my agent lied to me in one instance, and maybe two.

Waiting to hear back from state. By the way when it concerns My Lender, and servicer, dont trust them for
anything. They are still collecting more escrow monthly then what they have a right to.

Details of complaint: I had some storm dammage within the last two months.

First there was a delay in the field adjuster comming out and looking at the dammage.

After that there wasa a problem in the estimater amount. To give you an example, State Farm only wanted to pay $37.00 for a contractor to take off existing siding, and put back on same siding. Just a service call alone would be $100.00. Then when the check came, it was in Donald & Jane Demsko, and Green Tree Servicing. Keep in mind the total amount we are talking about is less than $6000.00. Under the insured tittle, It is Don and Jane Demsko. The check should be in me and my wife's name, not Green Tree Servicing.

In addition Green Tree Servicing wants us to endorse the checks, and send them to them, and they dole
out the money as work progresses, as if they were the general contractor. I am the general contractor. I have a signed contract with a contractor, to do the work. I complained to my agent Bobby Crosswhite Jr., and he said that if I had a signed contract from a contractor, he could sign over the check to me, my wife, and the contractor. After a couple of days, my agent said he couldn't do this , it had to be in the name of me, my wife, and Green Tree. I want any and all checks that we receive, in the name of me and my wife only. I pay the policy premiums,contractor, not Green Tree. I think this is an excuse by State Farm, just to hold on to the money. I can't proceed with the work until I get the money in hand. Please force State Farm to issue a check in me and my wife's name only. Currently my agent has the big check. Thank you for your time.
