Also a victim as your son; filed long complaint which should be elsewhere on this site.  I too was only offered 5,000 for permanent injuries, and State Farm fabricated the statement of their driver and signed their name.

Also subjected to harassment in different forms, and it will continue as long as you continue to fight--which I've been doing for over three years.

They don't pay, because no one dares to challenge them in court.  Insist that they put everything from now on in writing, because they are morons and will make mistakes.
However, they have billions of dollars to fight you in court, and again, the only hope is that they are investigated by our government, but they pay everyone off in our government...so, even though I've reached out for help from congresspeople, they won't help.  Nor will insurance dept's....can't find a consumer organization....but
you are not alone, there are plenty of us victims.

I understand exactly however I would like a lot of victims, consumers whom deal in contract with state farm.just realize that where y'all messed up,you talked without getting a lawyer.were being stalled out, fraud occured in our accident.no fault is michigan way,yet in (blank),I'll,jurisdiction is under (blank).flat out great case and we are being (played out),infact the agent when we made our report as ur suppose too.they(s.farm) told us that "we don't want you to go to the doctor" and it was devastaing to hear them conive, plot ahead of time on one of their own customers.see always never trust an insurance company, stating,we do everything in house""we can get this handled without an attorney,etc..so be blessed, conscious, alert to getting ur rights swept away from ins.companies all over the board.instead reach down and grow up guts" get and attorney.don't negotiate your rights as a victim of accident to a plus and minus sign..peace oh yea drive safe and you all stop making state farm ins..company rich.@
