 I have been reading about Steve Pannell. Has anyone heard anything about him lately?

Everyone knows internet harrassment is becoming an increasing problem. Also, everyone knows that Tiffany Seltzer is Debra Andrews.  Theft and receiving stolen property is illegal.

The defamation charge against Debra was summarily dismissed.

Steve Pannell was recently convicted in Cobb County Georgia.  He is still in jail and awaits trials in Union County and Fannin County Georgia.

I hope the crazy warrant against you was dismissed because I know it was not at all illegal what you did.  It was just Steve trying to slow you down from getting him arrested.  I understand he is still in GA jail and will be coming to Chattanooga to be prosecuted soon.

Debra Andrews has been stalking and harassing me for over a year. She was called to Griffin, Georgia on a pre warrant hearing for defamation. She is still under investigation and will continue to be so.

It occurred to me that since there have been no recent updates on the Steve Pannell blogsite or ripoffreport.com, Steve might be hiding under different names to avoid being discovered as a crook . Some possible names he could be using are Dean Panel, Dean Pannel or Steve Panell.

I've heard that Kevin Foster was working out of North Carolina, so chances are Steve was there too. If you have been approached by a person with any of the aforementioned names, do not give him any money. You can contact (((ROR redacted))) with any information you have regarding the con-artist legally known as Steve Pannell, his wife Billie Pannell (alias Brenda Pardon) or his nephew Kevin Foster.

We hired Steve Pannell as the General Contractor to finish our basement in Blue Ridge, Georgia because he promised to bring "buyers" from Florida. Steve insisted that money be paid in advance for the initial materials and labor. He appeared to be legitimate because some materials were actually delivered and subcontractors showed up to start the work.

Steve continuously insisted that additional money was needed to be wired to his account. We refused. In order to continue the con, he actually paid for enough materials to start the job but then he would not pay the local subcontractors for the labor already performed from his up-front payment. Ultimately, Steve unconscionably took our money, never paid all the contractors, liens were placed on our home and wasted a lot of our time.

Steve is a white male about 5'11" (190 - 200 lbs) in his early to mid 40's with Green eyes and salt & pepper hair. He speaks with a strong Southern drawl and has a scar on his cheek and a mole over his left eye. He was last seen driving a white Cadillac Escalade with Union County tags from Georgia. His wife's name is Billie.

Steve has claimed to work for all of the following companies in an effort to prove legitimacy. He usually has his Nephew, Kevin Foster working with him.

Known Offenses

1) Contracting without Certification in Florida and
Failure to Appear in court for the offense
2) Circulation of Bad Checks
3) Civil Case judgments for Breach of Contract and Theft by Taking

Currently facing felony and misdemeanor charges in Shelby County, AL for (2) counts of Fraud by Deception and (2) counts of Deceptive Trade Practices.

It has been discovered that a Kay Bradford and Susan Barclay have contacted victims of Steve Pannell. It is my opinion that Steve's wife Billie is posing as these people in an attempt to defame the victims characters and lend credibility to Steve. The calls were placed from (205) 332-xxxx and (904) 652-xxxx.

We have been awarded a Civil judgment by default in Georgia for $10,000.
