STORMPAY, cheats, steals, and charges for it RIPOFF Clarksville, Tennessee

I received a payment of over $400 from someone who owed me money using Stormpay on the weekend for services rendered. Now with the money received, I finalized my services and gave them everything they needed. THis happened on a Saturday.

With their fees, I really receive over around $370. This person who sent me the money decided to file a complaint on Sunday saying that they changed their mind a day later and file a complaint with Stormpay for their money back. By Monday, my account was debited for $400 + a few of $35 for a chargeback.

Hang on a second. I only received $370 because of the fees, and now my account was being debited for $435. I emailed Stormpay over 40 times. That's right. Emails kept bouncing, "invalid call number" since they have a sh**ty Customer Service team and NO phone access. I tried their wonderful BBB contact number, and only OUTBOUND calls, and I NEVER got a response. If they ever respond from my other occasions, it will only be in the case of a withdrawal or deposit. They don't care about their customers.

What bullsh**. I get charged with a $35 chargeback because someone complained and I never even got a chance to hear their complaint. So not only did I lose MY MONEY that I received, but also lost over $65 in this process because of this sh**ty rule.

They do NOT have clear policy nor anything that are rules. You can't ask for an explanation but you are at the whim of the customer service person. They change their minds daily about what is the rule today and what is the rules tomorrow.

I HATE STORMPAY. They are crookes who cannot be trusted. One day they will just close shop and run away with our money and since you can't email them, nor call them, we will be screwed.
