street beat customs worst cust service, sent wrong part,told me to pay for return minneapolis, Minnesota

 I recently ordered tailights and a black anodized billet grille . when i ordered online the part numbers were not clear for what i was looking for. So i called them asked if they could check and make sure the grille i was going to order was no emblem cut out and black. The rep said he put the correct order number in for me. Then three days later they called and said that they out of the tailights,i told him to cancel dont send any other ones. Then a week later i get a note on my door from u.p.s saying that the sender request a signature in person,so i ask them to keep at their hub and i drive 40 min after work to get the grille. When i opened the package they sent me a polished billet grille not black.

After all that, i called street beat customs spoke with Tommy and said they screwed up on the order after i double checked it with them and he stated that they would send a shipping label to send back since it their messup.Then i received an email that they needed pics of the grille.I called again talked to Troy ,i told him its not damaged its wrong and im very sure its not black,he then stated they still wanted photos,i told him i was so fed up that i would do this but now just want my money back. Now Dereck saying since i want a refund that i need to pay the shipping even though they are the ones that sent the wrong parts. This company has good products but not worth the other headaches that comes with it and when i asked for a owner or higher up,he stated he was it and they dont give out the owner information.
