I ordered a product through their phone for a ford focus intake and they said that it would be here in 2 weeks. I call them 2 weeks later because I still haven't received my product then they promised that it should arrive at their warehouse the next day.

A week later still no product, I call them about it, they don't know where the product is. They don't know if they received it or it's in the warehouse.

I asked to cancel the order and they decided to charge me a 20% restock fee on the product even though they don't even know if they have it.

As of now they have not cancelled my order but instead decided to ship the product which I received on November 27, 2006. This is an obvious attempt to force me to pay the restock fee. I shipped it back and contacted my bank and gave them the shipping id information and created a dispute. I also contacted better business bureau and they have opened a case against them.

I believe that this company has done a disservice since they took my money but never knew exactly where my product was and shipped it after I told them to cancel it and they agreed. Charging me a restock fee instead of a full discount AND to not process refunds is not proper customer service, it's in fact stealing.
