I posted tickets in stub Hub to sell for osheaga music festival. The tickets are late to arrive from the festival and I inquired to stub hub about what to do and to seek help because I was worried because the concert festivak weas late in sending my tickets out. I was told I would be charged by stub hub and I wanted help in knowing what I could do while I waited for the music festival to deliver the tickets.

On their mobile site, I accident hit "cancel" and I was immediately charged $1,666 as a fine with no pre warning. Their "user agreement" does state that sellers may be charged if they fail to provide tickets. I was not trying to get out of selling my promised tickets, just seeking support and I accidentally clicked the wrong button.

I was never warned before I was charged that the $1,666 charge would Show up (which it did, automatically on my Amex card). I immediately emailed and called them to report the error and asked Them to help me reverse the mistake and changes.

I tried immediately emailing them to say I made an error but nobody responded. I called 5 times right away and nobody answered. I asked for help and I could not figure out how to proceed to find if I would we charged because osheaga was late sending tickets out.

It is when trying to figure this out that I accidentally hit "cancel" and was automatically charged $1,666 as a fine on my credit card with no warning that such a high fine would result. I didn't mean to cancel I just wanted to ask for support. I spoke at length the following morning with customer service and they agreed to cut charge to $666 . That is a $666 penalty for mistakenly Clicking "cancel" on their mobile website.

I immediately asked for support with my error but nobody responded. Thai is an unfair policy with no pre warning of the huge charges. The website was very confusing. I would like this charges reversed and I have reported this issue to the better business bureau and consumer protection agency .
