After 5 emails, and two weeks I still have not gotten a respone back from Stubhub.com. I also have tried to call only to be on hold indfenitely.
Originally I wanted to cancel an order, could not contact Stubhub. Then I had a question about the order that went through--- still not contacted.
Originally, I ended up overpaying for tickets (because of their "service fees")--- Turns out even though I pay, I don't get service. After buying the tickets it turns out I have to wait 4 days before the show before they send the tickets. I ordered 8 MONTHS ahead of time.
Worst service, worst hidden wait time, even worse deals.

Customer service got in touch with me just about a week after I sent them the first email. (Up top 'two weeks' is a typo).
They finally shipped. Even though the estimated ship date was only 4 days before the concert, the tickets were shipped by the end of the month.
Atleast I got the tickets. Not a true ripoff but annoying nonetheless.
