Student Aid Center Scam, took my $1,000 payment, to knock my over $60,000 loan down. Doral Florida

 I called the company to find a way to lower down my monthly payment for student loan, and the company asked for $1,000 within 3-5 months. I paid all of payments, and they have not do what they needed to do. I just found the scam report of student aid center today 12/19/15 and it is a scam. The weirdest thing was I called Navient my actual student loan, they said they did not receive anything from a third party and they do not allow third party to get involved. I want to get my money back, $1,000 in hard earn money.
