Student Aid Center Took monies from me, promised payment plan, all they did was take my money and now I am out the monies, and broken promises. Miami Florida

I am filing this on behalf of my son: Joshua A. D.  We were contacted by the Student Aid Center in 2014; shortly after my son graduated from college, regarding setting up payment plans for his student loans.  We sent in his filed taxes for 2013, proof of income, etc, bank account info.  We have a signed contact with them.  We spoke with many people, Joseph and Francisco more than once.  My son did give consent for me; his mother Gina D, to discuss all of his information and file with this company.  They charged him $199.00 a month for 4 months and then the written contract says he is to pay $87.00 a month for 10 years and all will be forgiven.  He was given a 2 month break on the $199 and in Jan. 2015 the $87 was to start to come from his credit card as a payment.  Nothing came out, he called the Student Aid Center and they were very rude, said his contract means nothing and he is out the funds he paid and to call the US Governtment to set up payments, which we have done and all is set; but my son is still out $199x4 months; which is $796.00; all the Student Aid Center did was take his money and we still had to call the Federal Government to set up his payment plans.. 

Please help me; help my son get his money back.  This company is falsely reprensenting themselves and I am sure ripping young college students off on a daily basis..
