I was contacted by Student Aid Center because I was behind on my student loan payments. I had inquired about consolidation and repayment.
Student Aid Center stated in I made 9 payments they I would have negative marks removed from my credit report and my loans would be consolidated.
I made 5 payments and then the company disappeared.
They did consolidate some of my loans with a different company, but not all of them. My 5 payments vanished with them.
