In response to the compliant issued. Student Financial Help Center advices ALL of potential clients that we are a PRIVATE company and charge a service fee for our services. Student Financial Help Center does not take responsibility for the clients actions and buyers remorse after services have been successfullly provided to the client.

        In response to the clients claim of credit card fraud, caused by Student Financial Help Center. We have one of the industry’s best secured client management systems.  Therefore, our enrollment employees are only allowed to enter the information into the system with no exceptions. We have a secured facility and do not condone any and all illegal activity and will always obey Local, State, and Federal Laws in coherent with our business. We have helped numerous clients who have provided the appropriate payment method and have not had 1 'valid' compliant about fraud or anything in reference to false accusations stated above. Furthermore, it has been determined that we have received a call from the client in concern to his credit card information being used inappropriately and informed the client to please send us any information to allow us to complete an internal review to assure the credit card transactions where not caused or created by Student Financial Help Center employees or staff.  We have yet to hear from this client or its financial intuition. In regards to the statement left by the consumer. We strive in helping every client and providing them with the knowledge and document preparation service they agree to and inquire about. Per our client service agreement we will accordingly complete our end of the agreement until we receive a notification from the client regarding concerns to their account. Regardless we always confirm verbally and in written form the services to be provided. This includes the statement of us assisting the client with all the documents preparation regarding their student loans for a service fee.
